Envico™ high speed folding doors are commonly used in applications where size, speed and windloading are important. The Titan is an efficient, very functional and well presented product. These doors have been engineered to withstand high winds and are constructed from strong galvanised steel pressings which are then powdercoated for optimum protection. The doors have 75mm webbing belts within the leg columns for frictionless movement. When combined with the adjustable speed drives these large doors have a quiet and smooth operating action. The Titan models also use SEW Eurodrive running gear and Allen-Bradley control components to drive them. The safety features of the door include a soft bottom edge and 2 sets of photo-electric beams per door.
The door is operated by a direct drive SEW / Allen Bradley unit to pull up and drive down the curtain in a folding motion. In automatic mode (standard) the door is operated by specific opening commands. A preset timer determines how long the door remains open (1 to 30 seconds) to suit the traffic requirements. The ‘hold open’ time is activated after each opening command, or when either of the two-photo sensor beams is broken.

Framework
The frame is made up of a head unit and leg units. The Envico Titan Door maybe fixed directly to a wall or be a free standing unit and can be assembled and erected by simply taking the head unit, bolting the leg assemblies to it and then lifting into position. The framework is galvanised steel and powder coated to give a durable and long lasting surface finish. Other options consist of Stainless Steel and three Coat Epoxy.
Door Curtain
The curtain is constructed from a heavy duty PVC (990 + gram). It is reinforced with a series of galvanised steel windbars, giving the door very good wind resistance and flexibility. The nature of the curtain construction provides excellent damage resistance.
Safety Features
• Soft bottom to curtain (no rigid bottom or detector switch to get damaged in the event of accidental collisions)
• 2x IP67 Photocell for wet industry areas, within door opening

A 24 month, 100,000-cycle standard written guarantee is available with each door on completion of installation (subject to position and conditions assessed prior to order)
