For openings 3000mm high x 3000mm wide
Envico's MICRO Door offers the end user a cost effective option for high speed automated doors. The MICRO offers all the benefits one would expect from a high speed door, higher productivity, superior environment control, safer working conditions and better hygiene control. The door has very good sealing properties while also offering good positive pressure resistance. The running gear is via an SEW Eurodrive motor and gearbox to give quiet efficient operation. The door has been specifically designed to provide economical solutions for small openings which in the past may have used less effective alternatives such as PVC swing doors and strip curtains. Ideal for pedestrian and pallet truck access-ways, conveyor systems and airlocks.

Logic Model
For openings 4000mm high x 4000mm wide
Maxim Model
For openings 6000mm high x 6000mm wide
The Logic and Maxim doors are the work horses of the Envico High Speed Door range. They are designed for environments where the door is used in conjunction with high volume production. The doors can be used with the efficiency of a Helical Bevel Gear drive combined with a generous built in service factor for heavy workload situations. Both the Logic and Maxim can be used in a wide range of industry situations, from external doorways and internal openings in environments down to 0 degrees centigrade.

On external doorways Envico also offers the option of installing a Logic or Maxim model Door compactly in front of a steel roller shutter. Installing the door this way offers less intrusion into factory space while also simplifying the sealing around the doorway itself.

Both models can be mounted to the outside of a freezer with the addition of an Envico Freezer Kit.
All Envico Roll Doors are free standing with galvanised steel leg sections that are robust In design.
• The tracks are constructed from a heavy aluminium extruded section that bolts onto the
leg section. This allows for easy replacement should the track be damaged.
• All Envico doors come with front hood cover, side covers and motor covers as standard.
• The side covers and tracks come with silver anodised finish, the hoods and leg sections
are powder coated to match. A full range of powdercoat colours are also available.
• Envico can also construct its doors in stainless steel for high costic wash down areas or where
environments require a higher specification of materials for door construction.
The curtain is constructed from a durable ripstop PVC. It is reinforced with a series of fibreglass battens to give the curtain rigidity. In the event that the door is damaged it can be easily repaired by welding.
Opening and closing speeds range from 1.0 m/second to 1.5 m/second. The door is operated by a direct drive motor unit to pull up and drive down the curtain. In automatic mode (standard) the door is operated by specific opening commands. A preset timer determines how long the door remains open (1 to 30 seconds) to suit the traffic requirements. The ‘hold open’ time is activated after each opening command, or when the photo cell beam is broken. The curtain relocating system is built into the leg unit and in the event of an accidental collision the curtain will automatically reinsert itself on the next up command.

• Soft bottom to curtain (no rigid bottom or detector switch to get damaged in the event of accidental collisions).
• An optional bottom edge sensor is also available. Should the curtain come into contact with either an obstruction, the door will stop and immediately return to the up position. Envico’s bottom edge sensor technology does not require cables to be attached to the bottom of the door blade. This allows the curtain relocating feature to function fully without cables or cords being caught up when the system is in operation.
• IP67 Photocell for wet industry areas, within door opening.
A 24 month or 100,000 cycle, written guarantee is available with each door on completion of installation.
The Envico range of High Speed Roll Doors are designed to be a low maintenance door.
• The frame work is galvanised and powder coated for rust prevention.
• The curtain blade is of heavy duty reinforced PVC which can be easily repaired by welding.
• The soft bottom edge allows for break-out in the event of an accidental collision and the automatic self-relocation of the curtain reduces down time for maintenance.
• The frame and curtain are easily washable to maintain good looks.
Envico offer a number of activation options. Each option will be suitable for a certain application or environment. We have listed below each activation
method and recommended use.
Ideal for situations with one or two fork trucks (no more then this) where the activation or door cycle is light to moderate.
This method of activation is suitable for up to six fork trucks. It is ideal for traffic operating in and around doorways where opening the doors maybe
controlled by the user and thus avoiding nuisance activations. The controllers are designed for freezer environments.
Most popular method of activation, the Falcon has proven to be a reliable motion sensor. The radars have settings that allow traffic to move parallel to a door opening without activating the door. This setting will only operate the door, as the traffic is moving directly toward it. The Falcon can also block out pedestrian traffic allowing only vehicles to activate the door. These radars will operate reliably in freezer environments.
Has all the features of the Falcon but also has built into it a presence sensor that acts as a safety screen. The safety screen can be positioned close to the opening. Should an object or person be positioned in and around the opening, the door will remain open. These radars will also operate reliably in freezer environments.
Ideal for smaller openings where pedestrian traffic and or pallet trucks are frequently used. Not recommended for freezer environments.
Again a popular and reliable method of activation. Ideal for where traffic is moving directly towards the opening and not passing across the front, or parallel to it. Generally the ground loops are positioned 2500mm from the opening, so should the door be in a confined area or positioned parallel to a corridor, there may be problems with nuisance activation. In this case a Falcon Radar would then be recommended.
